Loading Toner Into A Mp 2852 Machine.

This is the cartridge that we have--Ricoh Aficio MP2852 Black Toner Cartridge - Genuine Ricoh Brand - 360 Gram Cartridge - TYPE 2120D - it will not load properly into the machine. Once inserted as directed--it looks as if the cartridge is either too small or short. It will not fit snuggly in the cradle therefor once closed--it goes through its loading process and then comes back to the insert page again. Can you please help.

Hi, this toner bottle comes with two caps -- a large black outer cap and a clear/gray inner cap. Remove the outer cap, but leave the inner cap intact when installing the toner. It should fit right into the toner hopper. If it doesn't seem to fit right, remove the bottle and look at the area where the top of the toner bottle fits -- the old inner cap from your previous toner bottle might still be stuck there, preventing the bottle from sitting correctly. If it is, remove that cap and insert the new bottle again. If neither of those problems is causing your issue, then you may have a problem with your toner hopper itself. The claw may not be opening or closing properly.
