Irritating Problem

When I receive a call the screen goes black and even though I try to unlock it , it doesn't respond and the same happens when I call someone else.WHAT DO I DO to resolve this problem??????

Greetings - If this has not been happening when the phone was new, simply backup all your personal files, contacts and apps onto an SD card or a compter, remove the SD card together with your Sim card and then perfom a Restore the phone to Factory Settings and the issue should be resolved unless if it is owing to a hardware failure (or rare cases).
