My Mobile(nokia C6-00) Went Disorder By Not Getting Both Sensor And Locking Sys

MY MOBILE(NOKIA C6-00) WENT DISORDER BY NOT GETTING BOTH SENSOR AND LOCKING SYSTEM(TOUCH & KEY BOTH) ...why???????????
