Remove Security?

We have forgotton the code and wish the projector to be used with no security. How do we remove or reset the password?

I found in the service manual that there is a place to reset the projector to out of the box (except the lamp timer and total usage). The only way to get to this menu is through the service menu. this is not for me to post on the web, but you should be able to contact your local NEC service shop. Explain what you want, and they can down load the manual and read page 45 to see this procedure. they might do it while you wait for little or no cost.
