Just Need Help Year 2021 Date April 6

so when I put my head part in will a light appear right away or dose it take time and also when I charge the case and it turns green the when I put the head part in and open it it shows orange

If the indicator light is flashing in blue, first turn off the other device, then turn the headset off and on. You will hear "ready to pair". If the steps above do not correct the problem it is recommended that you reset the headset and attempt to connect again.
