I Have The Motorola Elite Sliver And There Is No Audio I've Tried Turning It Up

1. Powercycle both devices - make sure to turn off your phone and your headset to refresh the connection.
2. Make sure also to fully charge the headset and test both devices.
3. If you have another phone try to pair your headset on that phone and if you have another headset try to pair that headset on your phone to isolate the issue.
4. Motorola offers a standard one year warranty on your headset. We usually recommend going back to the place of purchase for a replacement or if you are in the US you can contact Motorola Customer Service to ask for a replacement.
