Motorola elite silver

compact fits in ear nicely. Does not live up to as advertise. first day the stem broke. Not easy to use. Incoming sound is good.

Bad fit

I have had my motorola elite silver for aprox. 7 months. I find it very uncomfortable on the ear with my glasses. The reception is usually good but will drop out from time to time with no reason. The range seems to be less than what has been reported(300 feet). I usually will drop in the house. My old ICON would carry in the house and out of the house with no issues. I would not do this purchase again.
