Why When I Use The Voice Commands I Can't Hear It Ring But The Call Goes Thru

when the call is answered I can't hear anything but the phone shows connected

Hi ornery

If you are using your BT when this happens I will recommend you to reset the BT.

You just need to press and hold the call button while turning on the device.
