Greetings - Error 843.11 is said to indicate EEPROM failure the fix to which is a reset. The page linked below has directions on how to reset different printer brands including lexmark -

843.11 is a service scanner failure. It could be a problems with the ADF controller card or a connection problem. Please contact our technical support team so they can diagnose the cause of the problem.
