Copy Cancelled
This printer was working well but has just started saying copy cancelled when I try to copy and only prints half a page then stops when I try to print from laptop. Firmware is up to date and it prints fine demo iPad. Please help.

Try to powercycle the printer. Just unplug the power of the printer for about 15 seconds then plug it back in.
If it doesn't help, try to reset the printer back to its factory settings:
1 From the home screen, touch Settings (Wrench icon) > Restore Factory Defaults > Restore All Printer Settings > Yes.
2 When prompted to set the initial settings of your printer, make your selections using the touch screen.
The printer restarts automatically after resetting to factory default settings.
