Pro 915 Not Recognizing Ink Cartridges.
My Lexmark Pro 915's Black Ink Cartridge Needed Replacing. After Installing A New Cartridge (150), It Said I Needed To Reinsert My Other 3 Color Cartridges, Which I Did. Then It Said Reinsert Again Time After Time. I Reattached The Usb, Shut The Printer And Computer Down, Still Will Not Let Me Print. Very Frustrating!

First, make sure that you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges. If not, replace it with genuine Lexmark cartridges. If you're using genuine Lexmark cartridges, try to update the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/PZaAmK to download the firmware update. After the firmware update, remove the printhead and cartridges then firmly insert the printhead and cartridges.
