How Do I Remove The Confidential Hold Pin Number For A User.

I have a user that did have a PIN number for printing to the 736.  They no longer want it to hold the print job but to print directly to the printer.  I cannot remove their username or PIN number from their local computer.

Right click on the printer object

Select Printing properties

Uncheck the box "Print and Hold"
