I Just Bought A Lg 47le5400 And Need Help With Connecting To Internet

i have hooked my ethernet cable up and the screen popped up and it connected to the internet but now i cant pull it back up all i can do is watch tv or play the xbox i have netflix and zune subscription but the only way i can watch it is using the xbox how do i go through my tv to pull up the internet or netflix simply put its connected to the internet but i dont know how to get to it i dont have a user manual
