Printing Envelopes From Mp Tray Problem Kyocera 3501i

We print envelopes from the MP tray. Every time the envelope need to be printed the printer beeps 3 times and "Add paper in Multi Purpose tray" dialog appears. However, envelopes are already in the tray. So, we need to press "continue" button and everything prints fine. This is a little annoying since we print envelopes very often. Thank you.

1.Clean the rollers Dust, paper fiber, and other debris might accumulate on the pick rollers and cause paper feed issues. To help prevent paper feed issues, clean the rollers inside the printer and in the duplexer.
