Scanning Problems
when I scan a document and sent it to any of the pc's that are networked, I open the scan from any of the pcs and the document will be half the original size with half the page blank. I have tried fixing this to no avail. what can I do

Hello, if the same thing happens whether you scan from the document feeder or off the glass, then you likely have an electronic problem in the image processing area of the machine. It could be the board that converts the analog signals to digital, or it could be the image processing board itself. More troubleshooting will be required to determine the exact cause.
