Were You Able To Get Past The First Screen? I Can't I Need To Reset Mine.

Hi. Can you confirm the model number of the tablet you have on hand as seen at the back as Insignia has both Windows and Android tablets and the reset differs. Otherwise, the manual of the model number selected reads:
- Your password is your Microsoft account password. If you do not have a Microsoft account, use the password associated with the email address you used during setup.
- If you forgot your password, go to www.microsoft.com to reset it.
