Hp Photosmart Does Attempts To Power Up And Then Goes Off
i have hp photosmart 8700 series printer. The display screen comes on for a few seconds and then immediately goes off. This printer has not been used very much. I am really furusted as it does not power up at all despite the initial attempt.
Is there anybody out there who could assist.
