Hp Officejet 4620 - Printing Problem
Printing problem. The printer will print all colors except with the black ink cartridge. This is not a problem with the cartridge. I bought a new one and I have the same problem. what can I do? I also try to clean the head but it still doesn't work. Do you have any solution
