Can Not Scan. Getting Message 'no Scan Options, Refer To Device Documentation.

The driver files for the scanner features of your HP Officejet 4500 may not be installed or corrupted. You can fix this problem by reinstalling the compatible driver software to enable the scan option. You can find the latest driver for this model at HP website. Here's the link to the download page.
