It Won't Print In Colour
When we print a document that has color in it, it prints it all in black.

Hello agbenzer,
The easiest option I know for troubleshooting an HP Printer is to download and run the HP Print & Scan Doctor from the HP Website.
This Doctor is a program that scans your printer hardware, software, etc to ensure you have the most updated applications. Also, locates and repairs any errors found, if any. Then provides a report once complete for you to view the results.
