Hp Envy 4500 Does Not Print Photos/info From Internet.

Installed from Internet. Is not listed on Control Panel.Need to uninstall/reinstall, but cannot access program to complete this task. I do not have wireless. Was informed by salesman that this printer would work as a normal USB connected printer. Would having a disc make a difference in the installation?
