Error Code Of Hp Printer Envy 4500

The error code I am getting is 0X83C0000A nos_loader_app and the printer is not responding

HP ENVY 4500 series printer error 0X83C0000A nos_loader_app message

Sorry to hear that your are getting error codes on your printer. In the error description, do you happen to see the words INK SYSTEM FAILURE? Do you have the printer power cable plugged into a Power Bar or a Power Strip? If so, please plug the power cable direct to a wall outlet. The use of Bars or Strips will not give the printer all the power it needs to function properly seeing that the printer already has a built in surge protector.

I see that you are having issue with an Ox8...error code. I would like you to please make sure you have the printer power cable connected to a wall outlet and NOT a power bar/strip. HP printers already have a built in surge protector and if you have it connected to a bar/strip, the printer will not get all the power needed to function properly. This is what usually causes errors on the printer. Here is a document the explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.

I have done some more research in to the issue that you are having and I have found that a Firmware update is available for your printer. Please click on the following link to download the HP Envy 4500 series firmware update to improve printer performance. If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you.
