Hp Z6200 Print Heads Are Showing A Warranty Status Of “out Of Warranty”?

We have a HP Z6200 Plotter. The plotter is about 1.5 years old. 4 of the eight print heads are showing a warranty status of “Out of warranty”. The status of each print head is “OK”. I can’t find any information about what this really means. Should we be replacing these print heads? Or are they good to go until the status changes to something like Replace? The plotter is showing an overall status of “No Problems Detected”.
