Hp T770 Plotter Will Not Start.
A couple of days ago our HP T770 plotter had a message on the screen that read "Performing Maintenance". We came in this morning and the display screen was saying the same, so we turned off the plotter and unplugged the unit, waited appox 20 seconds and tried to power the plotter back up. The display screen lights up but no text or the "hourglass" shows up and the power button on the front of the plotter blinks. i have contacted our tech support but have come away with no answers, hope you can help.

I have attached a link to the HP site for your printer. There is troubleshooting help and drivers. There is also a firmware upgrade that should be installed as an important upgrade.

If you have an error code then the printertechs site will give you information on various error codes by choosing the relevant section. I have given codes 50-59 but changing the codes at the end of the link to the range you have, you should be OK.
