Ink System Has Fail, Unable To Copy. Refer To Printer Documentation. Error0xc18
also unable to print scan or fax.

Hi. Please complete all the steps in the following document; 'Ink System Failure' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Message Displays on the Front Panel.
If the issue persists, I recommend calling HP and letting the know the issue as well as the steps you have already completed. It may be helpful to even let them know you completed all of the steps in HP document #c03081973.
