Paper Jam Will Not Reset
The display advises me to remove paper jam. there is no paper jammed anywhere. This is a new WF-2530 out of the box. Please advise

I called Epson tech support about this same issue. The bad news is that the printer can't be re-set to make the error message go away. the good news is that Epson will replace the printer for free, no questions asked.
I will venture a guess here that there is a factory problem with some WF2530s that Epson chooses not to acknowledge. It is a pity. This thing has worked flawlessly for me with cheap paper in the Florida humidity until now.
