Epson R300 (m) Won't Read Sdhc Card

Doeas anyone know if there is  firmware update to enable the R-300 series printer to be able to read a SDHC card? I am sure that's the issue sinc the printer reads other cards without issue. Thanks

Based on the product specifications provided by Cnet.com, Epson R300 cannot read SDHC card because this type of card is not supported by this device. The printer/scanner device supports the following types of memory cards.
  • CompactFlash Card type II
  • SD Memory Card
  • Memory Stick
  • SmartMedia Card
  • xD-Picture Card

You should only use one of the above mentioned compatible memory cards. You can read the full specifications here for your reference:
