Haisy Noise Or Grain Noise

Hi, I am new to video cameras and I just bought the XF100. I did some recording in my room and for some reason I am getting alot of grainy type noise in the picture. I have seen good quality recordings of this on youtube but I cant seem to get it to that level. please help.

Hi
Put the three levels settings gain with  lower 0, medium 3, high 6 max
this camecorder is best by size and by the multiple possibility of settings

The higher the gain the more noise you will get.  I took my camera outside at night and set the gain to 0 and it looked great.  Give it a try.
