Lcd Display Gone Black On My Canonsx50hs.

What is the problem. Is the camera still under warranty?

It's most likely a hardware issue that you'll need to have fixed by Canon. Whether it's under warranty or not will depend on when you bought it. It would be best to call Canon and have them check the warranty status for you. Here's the customer service number: 800-652-2666.
