How do I unlock my Asus laptop if I forgot the password?
Way 3: Reset Asus laptop to factory settings without the password
Start Asus laptop to the login page, press and hold the "Shift" key, and click on "Restart" at the same time.
When your laptop restarts and boots to the Advanced options, select "Troubleshoot".
And then select "Reset your PC".

Note: If you forgot the username and/or password, please restore the router to the factory default status. Restore the system to its factory default settings by pressing the "Restore" or "Reset" button at the back of router for more than 5 seconds when the power light is flickering.
