Door Speakers Wont Play

When I play a cd no sound comes from the door speakers but does when I play radio. How can I correct this?

there are two buttons underneath the unit, these are for the imprint or CD changer. I dont know what up actually, need more info, but if these were moved for imprint, and you dont have it, it may confuse, can you change songs and such while in cd? does ipod work? using a CD changer?
