I Pluged In My Ipod/ Iphone Song Wont Play.

It dectected ipod/ iphone, it got all the song on it but it wont play. you can skip the song or fast forward but it still wont play. the track time just stay at 00:00 if u fast forward to 00:15 then it just stay at 00:15. the turner working fine. can anyone help me on this? thank you
