why would ebay seller want me to pay for vehicle with Target gift cards??

method used in legitimate purchase are cash in person, credit card, pay pal, bill me later. you cannot meet the seller or look at the vehicle prior to sending a payment. the only way to buy a vehicle on eBay is by logging into your ebay account

once you scratch off the number or give the gift card number away whether you have the vehicle or not the seller is then able to use the gift cards without you receiving the vehicle and there's nothing that you can do about it because it's not trackable. so you will end up losing.
