NO. Do not EVER give your PayPal email address to ANYONE.

Seller wants your paypal address so that they can invoice you with a discount. They are probably a newer seller and do not realize they can do this through eBay. Tell them to click 'send invoice' located next to your winning items, it will give them the option of combining your invoice and giving a shipping discount there. They enter in the discount and send you the new revised invoice. While its not unsafe to give out your email address, it does violate ebays rules and regulations for invoice. So they just need to learn how to do it while staying legit :) Good Luck!
