Wifi Password
My Zyxel PLA 4231 which I bought on Amazon is asking me for a wifi password.I could not configure it using because none of my 5 lab tops was giving me the Zyxel interphase to get the WIFI password.your product insert says we do not need a wifi password but now I cannot access without a wifi password.Your product is very frustrating and I see on social media that I am not the only one.

The security key you need is on the bottom of the router or on a card in the box.
