Help With Dual Brite Lites

Good morning. I have 6 dual brite lights (black lantern style) around my newly remodeled home. I have decided that they are not appropriate for my back deck. I want to use them as a regular light that goes on and stays on when I flip the switch. What suggestions do you have? (My contractor destroyed all of the instruction sheets, but told me to leave them in "test mode" which, after a few seconds, makes the lights blink.) Thanks.
