Yamaha P2500s Clip Not Turning Off
When the power is turned on the clip is on even afer the relay clicks

Check whether there is a short on one of the speaker terminals causing an overload situation which will bring in the clip operation. The user guide explains what it means if you refer to troubleshooting details. This is a link to the user guide.
