Illegalmemorycheck

Our clavinova clp280 suddenlystopped producing any sound when our daughter was trying to record something and then pressed the on/off button. A message appears on the display which says Illegalmemorychecking hisdwn.C/1108c2000DE/24120029-014. Can you help us out?? What does this mean and what do we have to do to rectify it? Thanks. Wam Dennler
