How Do I Stop Yahoo Asking Me For A Phone Number Every Time I Try To Sign In?

Hello, For the past 2 days, every time I try to sign in to yahoo mail, a pop up asks for a phone number it claims is need for verification. It's not allowing me to access my mails and I would not put my number in there. Please advise Thanks much
