There is none. (Sorry.)

Until recently, Yahoo facilitated user contact by phone via https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/ or http://bit.ly/1LUHYu5 [the user was invited to leave a return phone number]--but last time I checked, neither page was available. You can try them if you like. If there's been no change, the best you can do is use Yahoo's help page at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/helpcentral ...or... submit your question to us at Help Owl.
