I Am Locked Out Of My Yahoo Mail. Must Contact Customer Service.

Locked out of my Yahoo email. This is not a 12 hour lock. It will not let me reset online. Must contact customer service by phone but the number that yahoo has takes me back online. The other numbers I found want an eight digit number before I can speak to them. I don't have and can't find an eight digit number. I need to speak to a customer service rep. Been locked out for over six months!

Instruction on how to deal with a Yahoo lockout are at https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail/SLN3808.html?impressions. Contact with customer service is accomplished here. You can phone Yahoo, but Yahoo's phone support is difficult. If you want to do it, the number is 800-318-0612.

According to Yahoo! Help you can call 800-318-0612 with password/login issues.
