I Want To Know Why Yahoo Can Lock My Email For 12 Hours Without Even Asking My 2

i signed into my email acct.like always,this time it says my password is incorrect,i try again,still wrong it says.Then it asks my first security question in which i have forgotten.Instead of asking the 2nd security question they just automaticly lock my acct. for 12 hours.That is unacceptable.My job is my computer.Somebody needs to fix this and soon.If i get fired for yahoos mistake,i won't be the only one getting fired
