What Is The Phone Number For Yahoo? Customer Service (real Person)?

I have tried for days to change my profile 'WELCOME' name from "William" to "Smokin' Bill" and keep getting the message, "Unable to Save At This Time. Try Again Later", which after days at different times has not been successful. Yahoo has no link or customer service phone number to contact to resolve the problem. Who do I contact?
