How Do I E-mail Either Customer Service And/or Accounting/finance At Yahoo?

I've been trying for the longest to find a way to contact either Customer Service and/or Accounting/Finance at Yahoo. I have a hearing loss and a difficult time communicating on the phone. I thought last night I had been able to get a message through; but must not, since nobody e-mailed me today. I have a problem with an account past due, and need to communicate with someone one to one, to settle it. If you are in either department above, please e-mail me, If you are reading this and not in either department, please send it on or inform someone in Customer Service that I need someone to e-mail me. Thank you!
