I Am Locked Out Of My Yahoo Account And Need To Retrieve An Email

i need to get into my yahoo mail and it is locked out for 12 hours. Can i bypass this?

Hi! Sadly, this is hardcoded into the Yahoo! security suite and cannot be bypassed.
