Locked Out Of Yahoo Mail For 12 Hours

i forgot my password and tried multiple password to log in. I tried to reset it using both the text to my phone as well as answering my secret questions correctly. Yahoo still would not let me sign in because i had too many incorrect attempts originally. Message said that I should try back in 12 hours or more. I can't find any online customer support or a live person to get help. Thanks.

It's hard to respond to your question, as you didn't ask one! However, I hope the following will help.

If you're told to try back in 12 hours, I would first suggest that's what you do. Any Yahoo help would not be effective faster.

It is probably impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) If you feel you need to turn to Yahoo for one-on-one support, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo promises to phone you. That form will give you online help that may obviate the need for personal help.
