Whirlpool Oven Ventilation

WOD 93 EC 7AB  How loud is the ventilation?  Does it have a protective fuse against power surges? We had a 13 yo Whirlpool double oven  Circuit board dead because of power outages It didnt have protective fuse  Plus the  ventilation was loud   I ll buy a new Whirlpool if those 2 problems have been corrected  Thank you
