Brand New Wfg371lvs That I Purchased Yesterday Has Unlevel Grates.

The cast iron grates on my new stove are angled downward towards the burners. You cannot put a flat, new pan on the stove without it rocking back and forth. The display model at the store we purchased it at, also has these un-even, sloping grates. They independently rock unevenly and then it's only compounded when you place a pan on the grate. Both, then rock. Is this a common problem?
