Burner Knobs Turn But Do Not Adjust Flame
I know how to turn burners on. However, the flame does not adjust when going from high to low/simmer. Is there an adjustment somewhere that needs to be done?

The flame should adjust according to how you set the burner (between HI and LO). If it does not, the product is in need of repair.
