How To Adjust Flame
Bought stove from individual. Flames on burner won't turn down (ex. From a high flame to a simmer flame). Is there a way to adjust the flames?

From the manual (quote is boldfaced):
To Set Burner Temperature: 1. Push in and turn knob counterclockwise to LITE. All 4 surface burners will click. Only the burner with the control knob turned to LITE will produce a flame. 2. Turn knob to anywhere between HI and LO. The clicking will stop.
If the above doesn't work for you, the product is in need of repair, for which you'll need professional service.
